The conference will take place at the International House on the Minami-Osawa Campus, Tokyo Metropolitan University. The Minami-Osawa Campus is located in the Tama area, where is the west part of Tokyo.
In Tokyo metropolitan area, there are two big airports-Narita (NRT) and Haneda (HND).

1. From Narita International Airport to Minami-Osawa Station
(1) By Airport Limousine Bus (strongly recommended)
You can reach Minami-Osawa station without transfer.


After arrival at Narita International Airport, Terminal 1 (either North Wing or South Wing), Terminal 2 or Terminal 3, please go to one of the Limousine ticket counters to purchase a ticket for Minami-Osawa Station (3,500 JPY).
It is about 130-160 minutes in the standard time required from Narita International Airport to Minami-Osawa Station.

After leaving Narita airport, all Airport Limousine Buses bound for Minami-Osawa Station stop at Seiseki-Sakuragaoka Station, Keio Tama Center Station and Minami-Osawa Station.
If your first destination is Tama Center Station, the fare is 3,400 JPY.

(2) By Train

You can reach Minami-Osawa Station via Shinjyuku Station.

(2)-1 From Narita International Airport To JR Shinjyuku Station
First you get on a limited express Narita Express (N'EX) to Shinjyuku Station from Narita Airport Station (JR station, not Keisei Line). To board the N'EX, both a fare ticket and a limited express ticket are required. The fare is 3,190 JPY for one-way adult ticket.
After arriving at JR Shinjuku Station, you have to change to the Keio Line.

(2)-2a From Shinjyuku Station to Minami-Osawa Station
There are trains which go to the Keio Hachioji area and the Hachimoto area.
If you get on the train for the Keio Hachioji area, you have to change to the train for Hachimoto area at Chofu Station.
You can go to Minami-Osawa Station without transfer if you get on the tain for Hashimoto area.
The fare is 400JPY from Shinjyuku Station to Minami-Osawa Sataion.

2. From Haneda Airport to Minami-Osawa Station
(1) By Airport Limousine Bus (strongly recommended)
You can reach Minami-Osawa station without transfer.


After arrival at Haneda Airport International Terminal, Terminal 2 or Terminal 1, please go to one of the Limousine ticket counters to purchase a ticket for Minami-Osawa Station (1,650 JPY).
It is about 90-135 minutes in the standard time required from Haneda Airport to Minami-Osawa Station.

3. From Tama Center to Minami-Osawa Station

Please take a train from Keio Tama Center Station on the Keio Line to Minami-Osawa Station, which is the second stop from the Keio Tama Center Station (a 4 minute train ride) by local train or the first stop by express. (One way 140JPY)As you exit the ticket gate at Minami-Osawa Station, you can see the symbolic tower gTower of Lighth of Tokyo Metropolitan University on the right hand.

4. From Minami-Osawa Station to the International House
The conference venue, International House, is located at the center of the Minami-Osawa Campus. (No. 19 on the Campus Map ). It is a 13-minute walk from the station.

1.    Exit the ticket gate, turn right and walk up the passage.
2.      Enter the South gate of the Campus and go straight
3.      Turn right into the Information Gallery (with a big roof)
4.      Take the roofed passageway on the right
5.      Pass by the University Library (on your right)
6.      Pass by the Makino Herbarium (on your right)
7.     
You will see the International House on your right.
